Warner Bros. Reaches The Php500M Mark as "Titans" Grosses Php200M
MANILA, April 26 – “Clash of the Titans” solidified its blockbuster status in Philippine box-office as it reached the milestone P200-mark yesterday, April 25 after only three weeks, becoming the year’s most successful film to date. "Clash of the Titans" and other Warner Bros. films to be released in 3D
Warner Bros. Pictures has been steadily making short forays into the third dimension with such films as "The Polar Express", "Superman Returns", and the last 2 installments of Harry Potter. This time, though, they are aiming to take a leap and convert an entire feature film to 3D. Working with Prime Focus, one of the visual effects vendors for "Avatar", the studio and partner Legendary Pictures just announced that they will be releasing "Clash of the Titans" entirely in 3D.
